How do I start renting?
Visit our store in Ultimo with your ID. We will help you with the rental agreement and get you riding the same day.
What does the bond cover?
The bond covers damages during your rental period. It is reviewed when you return the bike and any deductions depend on the condition.
⚠️ Important: Bond & Theft Policy
- • The bond covers damage during your rental, not theft.
- • If the bike is stolen, the bond is forfeited and you are responsible for the remaining value of the bike.
- • All rental bikes have GPS tracking for your security.
